COVIDSafe Policy

COVIDSafe policy as of 5:00pm 19th July 2021. As an authorised and accredited healthcare facility, AIR14 remains open during lockdown.

For the health and safety of staff, clients and visitors, you may not enter AIR14's Illowa House or any of our facilities or offices, without wearing a face covering.

  1. If you feel unwell you must stay home, and/or get a COVID19 PCR test.
  2. Upon entry to any AIR14 facility, you must submit to having your temperature taken, and you must fill in the COVID Log or check in to the QR code displayed in the front window, and in the reception area.
  3. Even if you have no other symptoms, if you record a temperature in excess of 37.5°C, you will be asked to return home and must then go to a testing centre or your GP and get a COVID-19 PCR test.
  4. If you are admitted to an AIR14 facility you must continue to wear a mask at all times, try to stay a minimum of 2 metres from other people and you must wash your hands and sanitise frequently at one of the sanitising stations. At Illowa House, these are located upstairs next to the bathroom & atrium, or downstairs adjacent to the kitchen and downstairs bathrooms.

You must obey instructions from the OHS COVIDSafe Officer.
